    For the durations of 8 sessions we sit in Ritualistic Space and create Ritual of delve into the realm of Shamanic healing. Each session is carefully curated for you, tailored to you and you individual needs.

    Each session is 90 minutes and held within the Shamanic Medicine Wheel and is a space of Love and Protection. For online spaces the first session will include set up of your dedicated/altar space with the pieces provided in the Ritual Box tailored to your intention. For those journeying in person this will be done in your own time.

To bring in a sense of true, clear understanding of Self and balance and harmonise the mind, body and Spirit.

  • Integration & Guidance

    You will be provided with insights and guidance that show up throughout our sessions. At the end of each session you will receive integration booklets with practices for the time ahead, journal prompts and on-going support. This may also include extra meditations if I feel they would support your transformation.

    Before we started our container I was in a really rough patch, I felt very lost and confused in all aspects of my life and just didn’t know what to do which is why I reached out to a you. Though my new awakening and journey has been hard, I feel like throughout our container I was able to start finding parts of myself that I don’t know existed.     When I met TJ, I was in a really bad space in my life. I hated seeing my reflection on the mirror, I was a people pleaser, I was everything I didn’t want to be. I didn’t know why I had self worth issues, I didn’t know how to work on myself, I did have a few goals for this year but didn’t know how to plan to make them work.
