Shamanic Roots is a space for ceremony, ritual, embodiment and energetic weaving.

Alongside the ritual tools and ceremonial pieces available within the shop, I also hold private 1:1 Ceremonial Weaving sessions both online and in person. These spaces are deeply intuitive and tailored to what is arising for you in the moment. This may include energy healing, ritual, intuitive guidance, divination through cards, runes or ogham, somatic practices, nervous system grounding, movement, reflection or simply being deeply witnessed within a safe and intentional space.

No two sessions are ever the same because no two people are the same.

I also offer:
• Tuesday Readings: held on the first Tuesday of each month, where I sit within the medicine wheel and offer intuitive audio readings through divination.
• The Grove of Weaving: a monthly online ceremonial circle exploring seasonal themes, ritual, embodiment and collective connection.

Throughout the year I also hold in-person ceremonies, workshops and private group rituals including blessing ways, rites of passage, seasonal ceremonies and intentional gatherings.

I work on a form basis intentionally. This work asks for presence, openness and personal responsibility.

Whether you arrive through a ritual oil, a reading, a ceremony or a 1:1 session, there is no “right” place to begin.

I don’t believe healing happens through dependency.

My work is not about creating spaces where people feel they constantly need “more sessions” or need to be fixed by someone outside of themselves.

Instead, I hold spaces that invite people back into relationship with their own body, intuition, rhythm and inner knowing.

Everything I offer is deeply rooted in ceremony, embodiment and energetic awareness. I weave together ritual, movement, nervous system grounding, divination, seasonal wisdom and intuitive energetic work in a way that is both deeply human and deeply felt.

It is honest, grounded, embodied and intentional.

I also understand that transformation does not only happen within ceremony itself; it happens afterwards, within the integration, the choices, the slowing down, the willingness to listen differently to yourself and your life.

That is why I work intentionally, intuitively and on a form basis.

Because the depth of this work deserves care.

Each piece is created and packed intentionally and I deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for the energetic and handmade nature of this work.

Some, yes. There are pieces within Shamanic Roots is handmade, blended, poured, packed and created intentionally in small batches.

From ritual oils and balms to ceremonial kits and seasonal offerings, everything is created slowly and with deep care, intention and presence.

Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, crystals, herbs or natural materials may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness and spirit of handmade ritual work.

There is no “perfect” way to work with ritual.

You do not need years of spiritual practice or experience to begin.

Many of the pieces within the shop are designed as gentle invitations back into presence, intention and connection with yourself. You may choose to work with them during meditation, journalling, movement, rest, reflection, ceremony or simply within the quiet moments of everyday life.

Some offerings include ritual guidance or suggested practices, though I always encourage you to trust your own intuition and relationship with the work.

Ritual does not need to be complicated to be meaningful.

As many offerings within the shop are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on current demand and seasonal releases.

Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and packed before shipping.

During larger shop updates or ceremonial releases, processing times may be slightly longer. I will always communicate openly if delays arise.
